The Navy held two open house scoping meetings to provide information and an opportunity for the public to comment on the scope of the analysis to be considered during the development of the Draft EIS/OEIS. Scoping meetings were held from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., and included informational poster stations staffed by Navy representatives.
